House of Arcades is not an official arcade location. Granted they have over 200 classic arcades in their shop, but House of Arcades focuses on repair and restoration of arcades, pinball's and vending products. They do have a showroom open to the public Monday - Friday where you can stop by and play any game that is in stock. The best part is everything is on free play! However I would recommend calling in advance to make sure the games you want to play are in fact in stock as they are frequently sold or put into locations.
